At Nature’s Curls, we understand the unique needs of curly hair.
From the moment you walk in, you'll be greeted by a warm atmosphere that celebrates the beauty of every curl pattern, a one-on-one appointment where we conduct a deep analysis of your hair, and map out a plan specific to your needs and hair goals. This includes a dry hair shaping, an in depth styling lesson, and a hair detox.
Please come with your hair styled naturally curly with whatever products you normally use.
Pre-Visit
You’ll receive a text reminder 72 hours before each visit with an option to confirm or reschedule your visit. Before your appointment, please wash and style your hair in it’s natural state. You may use minimal product.

Your First Visit
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Parking is located in front of the salon. We are located in a shared building so parking can fill up. If you can’t find a spot in our lot, you can park across the street in front of McGuckin Hardware.
When you arrive, come inside and head downstairs. If you are entering by wheelchair, please email me so I can ensure your access. We regularly leave the door locked for safety purposes. If the door is locked, knock and I will let you in!
I’ll get you settled in with a beverage of your choice and a piece of dark chocolate if you have a sweet tooth.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel within 24 hours of the service, or you don’t show up for your appointment, you’ll be charged 50% of the service(s) booked. Cancelling as far in advance insures we can fill your spot. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Before Booking

If you have wavy, curly, or coily hair and want to embrace your natural texture—you’re in the right place. Whether you’re just starting your curl journey or refining your routine, you’re welcome here.

That’s completely okay. Many guests come in while transitioning or learning—we’ll meet you where you are and create a plan together.
Your Appointment

A customized curly cut, cleanse, style, and hands-on education, as well as a take-home care sheet so you can recreate your curls at home.

Yes—this is a core part of every appointment. My goal is for you to leave feeling confident doing your own hair.
Preparing for Your Visit

Come with your hair down, dry, and styled as you normally wear it. If you’re unsure, just do your best—no pressure.
Booking

All appointments are booked online through my booking system so you can see real-time availability and choose what works best for you.

My schedule typically books out about 3 months in advance, and I open my calendar on a rolling 3-month basis. If you don’t see availability, it likely means I’m currently fully booked.

Yes! I highly recommend joining the waitlist through my booking system. If something opens up, you’ll be notified right away. If you’re hoping to get in, I recommend joining the waitlist and checking back when the next month opens.
Services & Pricing

All services are based on time, technique, and hair—not age or gender. Pricing is the same for all guests and is listed on the service menu.

Your service total will always reflect the pricing listed at the time of booking. At the end of your appointment, you’ll have the option to purchase products and/or leave a tip—both are completely optional and never expected.

Yes! I carry a curated selection of professional products including Innersense, Bounce Curl, and favorites from lines like Ouidad, AG, and Natulique. There’s something for a wide range of curl types, needs, and preferences.

Absolutely. I’ll create a personalized regimen based on your hair, lifestyle, and goals so you feel confident knowing exactly what to use and how to use it.

Not at all. Product recommendations are always offered as support, never pressure—you’re free to choose what feels best for you.
